We have completed many different types of inspections.  Every inch of the property is inspected including all visible surfacies for there aesthetic value: i.e.; walls, ceiling, floor, etc. and every (permanent) mechanical  mechanism for its operational ability: i.e.: windows, doors, faucets, dishwashers, light switches, etc. as well as the structural, electrical, and plumbing.  We will notify the client of any item that is noted.  You will understand every item by the time we are finished.

For more than a decade our inspectors have provided honest, objective, and thorough TYPED inspection reports. From the first contact with us through the inspection delivery and explanation of your report, you will experience the ultimate in professionalism.

My Qualifications

I am a active general contractor and I have built everything from highrise apartments, to muliplex townhomes, to custom homes.  I've also repaired, renovated, and remodeled these homes for more enjoyalbe living conditions or for higher resale value.
