My Qualifications

I am an active general contractor.  I have been in the construction business in Hawaii for over 36 years and I have built everything from custom homes, to muliplex townhomes, to highrise apartments.  I've also repaired, renovated, and remodeled these homes for more enjoyalbe living conditions and for higher resale value.
I have been doing home inspections for over 16 years and being a builder I have done the repairs to homes BEFORE they sell so I know what to look for.
