What's Inspected

All inside surfaces including attics and all outside surfaces for homes, including lanai's for both,
All visible electricial wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, including the inside of the electrical panel,
All perminate kitchen fixtures such as stoves, ovens, disposals, dishwashers,
All plumbing such as faucets, valves, supply hoses, tub/showers, and hosebibs for homes,
All doors, windows, closets, stairs, and railings. 

AND FOR HOMES:

All siding, garages, fenses, driveways, foundations.  Also posts,  beams, and joist if permitable.
roofs (including items protruding or attached there to) such as flashing, solar, vents, skylights, chimney.
